Same day delivery available for furniture purchases made before 12:00 pm.
Delivery location must be within the Greater Phoenix Metro Area.
Your delivery date is scheduled at the point of sale. If you need to change your delivery date after you have finalized your purchase, please call (480) 226-5507 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date, or you will be charged an additional delivery fee.
Free pickup is available.
Same day pick-up is available for items that are in stock. Allow 3-10 business days for special order items.
Please call one hour ahead of pick up at (480) 226-5507 to ensure your items will be ready when you arrive.
For your protection, only the person named on the credit card used to make the order can pick it up. Please bring the credit card and photo ID with you to the pick-up location.
Customer pick-ups are left in the original vendor packaging for safer transport to your home. You are responsible for inspecting all pick-up items prior to loading them into your vehicle and noting any external signs of damage. If you pick up an item that has an imperfection or concealed damage, it is your responsibility to call (480) 226-5507 to make arrangements for a replacement part; have a picture of the damaged area available. Only items that arrived damaged or defective qualify for a replacement part.
Bazaar Furniture is not responsible for any negligence or vehicle damage while securing merchandise to your vehicle, or for any damage to merchandise after pick-up.
All merchandise sold by Bazaar Furniture is in new, factory direct condition. Furniture is sold in original factory packaging. Used furniture is not accepted or sold by Bazaar Furniture.
We are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement of damaged parts, however replacement is for parts found damaged upon arrival or manufacturer defect only.
Please inspect all parts of furniture upon arrival, before assembling furniture.
Please call (480) 226-5507 to make arrangements for a replacement part; have picture(s) of the damaged area available.
Exchange for manufacturer defective items must be requested within 7 days of delivery or pick-up.
All sales are final.
If you cancel your order for regular stock items less than 48 hours prior to delivery or pickup for any reason, you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee on the items that were cancelled. If you do not take receipt of your regular stock furniture within two weeks of purchase, your order will be cancelled and you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. Special order items cannot be cancelled for any reason.
The prices displayed on the Bazaar Furniture web site are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only within the United States, and such prices do not include delivery fees or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. You are responsible for the payment of any delivery fees and state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. While our goal is a 100% error-free site we do not guarantee that any content is accurate or complete, including price information and product specifications. If we discover price errors, they will be corrected on our systems, and the corrected price will apply to your order.
No Warranty. THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS, WHERE IS" AND WITH ALLFAULTS. SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, ORAL, WRITTEN OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES AS TO NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, PATENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR WARRANTIES ARISING BY CUSTOM, TRADE USAGE, PROMISE, EXAMPLE OR DESCRIPTION; ALL OF WHICH WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED BY SELLER AND WAIVED BY CUSTOMER. Seller's representatives are not authorized to enter into agreements outside these Terms or to make any warranties or representations of any kind with respect to the Product.
